WORKSHOP TO PROMOTE personal development
and strengthen the mother-child bond

STRENGTHENING

We offer three types of workshops during pregnancy and up to the baby's first year:

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ASSESSMENT

In these meetings, mothers uncover their inherent potential and strengths, equipping them to face the challenges of their current pregnancy. They learn to view this pregnancy as an opportunity for growth. These supportive environments facilitate personal development and the enhancement of emotional relationships through the formation of healthier connections. Here, each mother can express her emotions, fears, and insecurities, creating a space where healing from past traumas is possible. Simultaneously, they develop the skill of empathetic listening, finding comfort and solidarity in the shared experiences of other women in similar circumstances.

EDUCATION AND GROWTH

MEETINGS focused on various topics such as love education, affectionate communication, inner growth, breastfeeding, and parenting, aimed at strengthening their "WOMANHOOD" and "MOTHERHOOD."

"CONVIDA" ARTISAN CHOCOLATE MAKING WORKSHOP AND VARIOUS CRAFTS

A SPACE for mothers to learn techniques that allow them to develop their own ventures. We aim to promote them in selling their products so that the learned craft can be an additional tool for supporting their households. It is also a time for meeting, exchanging and listening in a warm environment, where enriching friendships and support bonds are formed, strengthening their self-esteem and personal assessment.

"The Personal Development workshop means support; it helps me get rid of many things inside and I think I can't be in a better place. Thanks to you, my reality is different. The 'Convida' workshop is an opportunity for me to learn and, at the same time, unwind. I have learned to make chocolates and lollipops. I like the unity amid laughter and conversations. I am very grateful because, with you, I have found a light in the darkness."
